Our Founder
Our founder Sean Wadsworth began his recruitment career in 1995 with the SThree group of companies where he launched and grew the Real Staffing brand.
Having spent 10 great years there he took the opportunity to leave after their IPO and co-founded Nigel Frank International in 2006.
In 2013 Livingbridge Private Equity took a minority stake in the business at a £30m valuation, with a secondary deal to TPG Growth happening in 2016 at a valuation close to £200m, at which time Sean exited the business.
